Don Holod was appointed as an Addison Township Trustee in late 2008, while enjoying a successful career as Operations Manager for a motion picture company. He attended the University of Illinois studying Psychology and Wright College studying Business Management. Married for 23 years to Rosanna, they have lived with their two children in Addison for the last 16 years. He is a former Board Member of the Elm Court Homeowners Association. |

- Managed all real estate litigation in the Eastern Region of the United States, and over twelve hundred cell tower sites in the Eastern Region of the United States, Iowa, and Illinois that contributed to successful network operations.

Gus Leventis
Addison Township Trustee
Gus Leventis has been a lifelong resident of Addison. Gus is a graduate of Addison Trail High School; he also attended the University of Illinois as well as COD.
Employed as an electrician. Gus is a member of IBEW Local # 134. He also owns and manages several real estate developments in DuPage County.
Appointed in 2006, Gus currently serves as an Addison Township Trustee and a member of the DuPage Young Republicans. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for the Stratford Trails Owners Association and is the Vice President of the New Samain Society a Greek fellowship organization. |
Pamela Joy Moretti
Addison Township Clerk
Pam was previously a small business owner of Fantastic Baskets Incorporated. She once worked as the office manager for Seville Banquet Hall in Streamwood and was a Manager for Full House Restaurants and Lounges. Pam is a graduate of Carl Sandburg School in Orland Park and attended Moraine Valley Community College and Harper College.
Pam has taken leadership roles in her community as past President of the Addison Township Republican Women’s Club. She is a very active associate member of the Addison Township Republican Committeemen’s Organization. She stays active in her childrens’ lives by being a past member of the Wesley School Parent Teacher’s Association and a volunteer at Wesley School Library. Pam was also a parental sponsor and volunteer for the Boy’s Baseball Program in Addison. Pam is married with 2 children and has lived in Addison with her husband Larry for 19 years.
Having formerly served as Trustee, Pam was the first choice to be appointed Township Clerk when the vacancy occurred. Since taking over as Clerk, she has opened her office to Absentee Voting and Voter Registration and created the Passport Program. Her office ranks among the top three Township Clerk offices in the state. |
Christopher T. Kain
Addison Township Supervisor
Chris is an Addison Township resident who brings with him 18 years of experience with the Assessor’s Office. He started in the office as Assessor Clerk, then moved up to Deputy Assessor of the Residential Sector followed by Deputy Assessor of Commercial and Industrial Properties.
Aside from attending the College of DuPage and Iowa State University, Chris holds a 1-A, 1-B, 1-D, and IIA Certificates with the Illinois Department of Revenue. With the Illinois Property Assessment Institute, he holds a B-100, A-200, S-303, A-400, and 502 Certificates. To be an Assessor you need, and Chris has his IAAO, CIAO, and IPAI Certificates.
Chris was instrumental in working with former assessor Chris Kachiroubas for the Senior Tax Freeze/Relief. He advocated an increase in the Residential Exemption for Homeowners (tax relief) and ultimately became President of the DuPage Assessors Association. He is responsible for almost 30,000 real estate parcels with a market value of over 11 billion dollars. Chris also serves as Vice President of the Addison Township Foundation. |
Kathryn Cermak-Durante
Addison Township Supervisor
Opening Township doors to the agencies and organizations, Kathryn makes sure the College of DuPage, AARP, ethnic language classes, S.H.I.P., Prairie Legal Services, and a host of others always has space to administer their programs. Seniors enjoy their monthly Birthday Parties, while the DuPage Health Department, DuPage Easter Seals, 55 Alive Driving Courses, and other providers know they have a friendly space when they need one.
Kathryn kept her promise when the Food Pantry opened 2 days a week from its former 3 days a year. She continues to administer the General Assistance and Pilot II Tax Programs. She enhanced the Clothes Closet for residents by adding a Career Closet that supplies clothing for those returning to the workforce. And seniors continue to enjoy Township sponsored Casino Trips, plays, musical acts and lunches.
She was committed to the creation of a not-for-profit 501c3 organization and soon thereafter, the Addison Township Foundation was formed. Since then, the foundation has received grants from the People’s Resource Center, the Northern Illinois Food Bank, and numerous donations from individuals and organizations. Under her supervision much has been accomplished, and still she has more goals for the future. |
